Our experience with Group discussion interview format (HKU)

It was a panel interview. 2 interviewers sitting opposite the table, asked us why we’d like to study Medicine. On the table there was a folder containing a pre-printed documents about the candidate’s CV including past achievements and certificates etc.
So be sure to know yourself well! Especially those documents which you submitted to the University.
Students are interviewed individually by two panel members.
The interview will be conducted in English and last for about 15 minutes.
Questions will be asked to explore the student's interest in medicine, general knowledge about health care, opinions about ethics and humanism, and teamwork, leadership and communication.
